WEDDING

Posted in Belief system, Buddhism, Empowerment, Fun to read :-D, Mind, Zen in Action by yoshizen on May 30, 2010

There is a nice Buddhist story ———-

” When two Buddhist monks came to a river crossing they found a woman having difficulty to cross the

rapid water.  One of the monk offered his back to carry her to other side.  After this, another monk started

to accuse him  ” Oh, you have broken the rule.  You touched the woman ”   He replied ” Are you still

carrying the woman in your back ?” ——– ( When you see a woman in trouble, to help her is your task

on front of you.  And when the woman is off your back.  Woman is no longer there.  If not there,  its not there.

Only the mind keep the woman still existing.)

There was my friend’s wedding.  ( So, the man and the woman decided to carry each other in body and the

soul ——- they are not the monk.  They are melting hot  😀 )    To celebrate  I’ve join the Champaign toast.

Then another friend said  ” Hey  Yoshizen,  I saw you have broken all the rules of Holy man ” ——- ?

Generally,  I don’t drink alcohol ( even though I can drink half bottle of spirit in a evening, simply I don’t like it,

as I’ve fed up to take care of drunken guys and anyhow it wouldn’t change me or the world,  nor it brings any

solution to any trouble ——- it’s no use mean,  waste of the time and the money.

To be cheerful and crazy  doesn’t need to be under influence.  I am the living sample.     Ha  Ha  Ha   😀  )

I was there to congratulate my friend ( and take photos ) not for any religious, moral campaign.

I don’t need to be obsessed by alcohol,  but in the same time I don’t need to be obsessed by the mind

of keeping  me perfectly dry. ——– This is,  what  Buddhist calls  MIDDLE WAY.  ——- Why is it the

matter to Buddhist ?     In the Buddhist  teachings, the both obsessions were created by the false

self which has no basis in our mind.  In other words, it is the delusion which shouldn’t be exist.

Anyhow it is not daily or even monthly occurrence, (last Wedding occurred two years ago)

to give a toast to the new couple Why not join.

———————-

Another day,  I took young lady who said never tasted Sushi to a  Japanese restaurant.   The man might have

heard this story as well, hence he teased me. 😀

It’s nice to have good food with pretty woman.   Have a nice meal together doesn’t necessary carrying hidden

agenda.   It’s a clichéd stereotype.   Nice meal is the nice meal.  Enjoy it and bye-bye. ——- What’s wrong ?

Zen Buddhism is (as it stand on the Mahayana philosophy)  to have the freedom of the mind (obsession,

paranoia is the enemy of free mind )  and fulfill the life’s potential to its maximum,

not to miserably vegetated to be a monk’s life.

( So, even a Holy Zenist drunk Champaign,  rest of people, not mention the new couple, are all get drunk )

~~~~~~~It was a superb wedding party.   Congratulation to the newly wed.  ___/\___  🙂
London Marathon
Last weekend I’ve joined an invigoration party for a runner of London Marathon, went to the
course side in  Dock Land in the morning, taking my camera with me.
Captured top runners, few Japanese runners and fun-runners. ——- then, I waited and waited for our
hero to come, while watching and clicking tens of thousands of the fun-runners photos for many hours.
The trouble was, I didn’t know what kind of guise he is wearing.    Apparently we had phone
communication with him which saying ” I’ll be there in 10 minutes” again and again, always
another 10 minutes. ? ? ? ——- May be the time was kept stretching ahead of him as Einstein predicted.
This must be the revers of  Xenon’s  Paradox ( Arrow never able to hit Achilles)     😀
————————–
While waiting him, a pretty young lady spoke to me saying, she wants to see my dancing as she is a dancer
herself—— it seemed she hard the rumor from her friend who has seen my dancing in somewhere.
I told her to contact me through my blog, as this blog will come up on top of Google search, just by typing
“yoshizen”——it must be the easiest way to remember. ——- May be I should have talked her more, and
pay more attention to the pretty lady though, I had a task to take picture of my friend running, who may
appear in any moment  (and needs to find him among the crowd, in distance)——– m m m.
———————–
Zen works only to the task on front of the eyes or a thing in the hand.
Other than that, which exist in the mind should be treated as a delusion or a noise.
And I was in the fully minded state of capturing the runner—— not a young lady.  (How shame !   😀 )
Someone may say ” What happened the Open-mind” or  ” Just receive it, what so ever comes—– which
could be a crossing point of the Karma” ——- well  well  well,  I may say,  ” As it’s happened when I was
in the fully minded state in photography, but as it happened in not very convenient time —— its mean
the Dharma was not very keen to this. ———(so-called not very promising encounter).Any how, at last our man David has come with 50 kg load of back-pack. (seems car battery etc was loaded)
———- Why needed to carry 50 kg on the back to run 26 miles marathon ?
No reason.  It’s like an engagement of 60th  Existentialist.  This is the Absurd theater.
Most of the people just run and it is hard enough.  Though, in the same time “Why not with 50 kg on the back”
( heavier lord than the Army runners carrying).   Still, Just Do It.  Don’t think too much.
Without reason, someone may born in a remote corner of Africa, and may need to fetch 20 kg of water
every day while walking 10 miles bare foot.   This is the life there, the one has to accept, without choice.
So, we in the middle of  Stone age London, invent something out of any rationality, and do it as imperative.
( You know, 50 kg is pretty heavy and 26 miles is quite a distance ——– how nice  😀  )
This is why I like this group of people / Spacehijackers.
As soon as he appeared in sight, he was sieged by the members and bathed by beers, fed pizza ——-
and went on yet another 6 miles.  Good boy,  Good boy !
(Though, I haven’t heard the news, he got the finishing line. ——- Has anybody seen him collapsed
on the side of the road  ? )   Ha Ha Ha  😀                ( ——->   PS:  Please see the comment)
WOMAN womam !
Posted in Awareness, Buddhism, Empowerment, Intelligence, Meditation, Paradox by yoshizen on March 29, 2010
I’ve encountered a woman at somebodies’ birthday party  who questioned me, why the Buddhism
discriminate the women and keep them in the lower lank in the hierarchies.
It’s an awkward question.
My explanations  ” There was no such thing in the time of Buddha, as there was no organized system of
ranking his followers,  and the seniority who has learned longer and knows deeper was obvious,
regardless the gender ” —— Though, this woman who said to be practicing  ” – – – something, never
heard of kind of meditation” was so tenacious,  saying  “Even a woman who achieved the high enough
level of enlightenment,  still been recognized lower than the male and couldn’t be ordained to the same
rank as the male counter part etc etc. ”
As the matter of fact,  I rather liked to just shut my mouth and ignored the question though, this woman
just keep repeating the question and push and push,  and unlike the Great Buddha,  my silence didn’t
hit the world like a thunder.  ( Ha Ha Ha  😀  )
——————–
The matter was too obvious,  It is not my business.  And I don’t think it is her business neither.
Somewhere some sect administrate the way of their organization in their own rules,
it is their problem. (if any at all )  If anyone doesn’t like it,  just go to another sect.
Obviously this woman is arguing the matter which is not what she is facing herself,  in other words,
she is arguing the matter which is only in her knowledges, the thinkings.    And talking an injustice of
discrimination in social recognition of the one’s achievement in her assumption. Not in her reality.
———- Unfortunately,  the starting point of this woman was hopelessly wrong.
Buddhism is not a cooperate system to organize the people in bureaucratic hierarchies,  therefore
expecting to receive high-ranking etc is not the Buddhism,  but the one’s ego and the greed.
Invested the money to the speculation of the land, but as the bubble collapsed and couldn’t get the profit.
Though,  before complain the lost profit,  think own greed  expected to grub the money with dubious scheme.
———- I really wonder,  what sort of Buddhism this woman was imagined of.   Instead to find the peace,
she  created a discord in her mind,  which is not even  her business and only exist in her knowledge.
The one’s enlightenment is not given by the organization of sect,  but gained by the person oneself.
Attending the sect’s talking shop, which chair to sit is not the matter at all.    The person,  just sit on
the floor  comfortably,  without any dithering,  is in fact sitting closest to the enlightenment.
And I’m sure,  when the founder of  THAT  sect had encountered  a woman of this kind,  who was just filled
with ego,  still insisting  ” I’ve achieved and gained the understanding of Buddhism”
the founder must be amazed and fed up to argue with her.
After so many years of study and the practice and achieved to gain so much so ” Knowledges” still able to
maintain so much so ego and the greed,
the founder must come  to the conclusion ” They are the hopeless”  ( I guess )
So, after ” The historical woman’s right fighter ” the sect changed their rules, it was the unfortunate history
in a corner of the Buddhism sphere.
In the Buddhism Paradox, the Dharma prevails to the one who achieved the perfection without
asking the return. ( in other word, in  Mushin —– or so-called Selflessness )
CYBER SPACE — (and Z80 mini-computer)
It is 25 years  since  Dot Com was first created,  and 20 years since  WWW  was invented.
One of my old colleague,  Camera Critics,  Kazuo Taira  was one of the pioneer of the PC networking, using
acoustic telephone modem and he organized the Photographer’s Computer Network in Japan.
It’s shame Mr.Taira  is no longer with us.  Unfortunately  we in the creative field tend to lose the friends who
tend to be a heavy drinker.  ( Do you know,  the average life-span of Rock musicians are 38 something,
of cause it may not caused by the alcohol alone )
And since then, our lives are more and more entwined with the Computer and the Internet.
Nearly 20 years ago,  I made a small computer using Z80 CPU,
designed from the scratch.  ( Left  Photo)
( I would say, it’s a half sculpture, half computer )
Its operates on only 10 MHz clock speed and having 512 Kb memory,
which needs to be programmed by Machine Code.
—– In electronics, to design and to build is one thing and
to make it works is the another.
Eliminate all the glitches and instability etc etc are the hard part.
—– As the definition,  computer operates on the data in the
memory,  once the memory was corrupted,  it needs to re-program from the start.
( It was the time of  UV erasable  memory,  before easy to re-program  Flash-memory )
After this experience,  I became a computer skeptic ” Computer can make mistakes ” hence, even now
I don’t use Credit Card and I rather like to use hard-wired design,  not soft control.
In this reason, I honestly admire the person who can design and manufacture a  10 GHz device which works
in any environment  reliably.
——————–
In another side of the revolution,  the Internet is becoming almost a monster, and the Necessary Evil.
Since  I  started to use Email,  I wrote very few letters  which  needed to be a signed evidence.
—– The trouble of Net is their intrusive activities.  As everybody knows,  Google / Gmail is
watching our use of web and the contents of communications word by word. ( Cookies, hidden files etc)
When I heard about  Facebook,  I instantly felt their dubious nature  ” Why do they need to have so much
detailed personal information ? “—– obviously they are  the salable commodities.
Without having such profitable return,  what is the point to provide free service.
Personal info’ used to be sold to the marketing / direct mail company before.  Now the Internet provider,
social networking site are the Marketing/ Advertising/ Direct-mailing/ Delivery Service  All-in-one.
(When  I got an Email from one of our Old-boy telling, he has reached to the grand age, the Ads on right hand
column are all cheap Funeral service and the international flower delivery — Great, thank you very much :-D)
So that from the beginnings I didn’t use my real name to open Email account, and never sign up the
Website which asks Date of Birth.  ( Still, now Yahoo knows my DOB, obviously from the content of
the mail between me and my friend. )
With full name and the DOB, the one can hack-in and get the information of National Health, and
together with the Address,  it is possible to access the Banking information.
——————–
To live in peace, we have to be aware ” We are in the battle field ” which the Buddhists call  Samsara.
With technology and the Internet,  we opened the Pandora’s Box.   It’s a funny situation, as in the Informations
we are becoming almost naked,  in the same time our contact itself becoming even more indirect.
Just by  the chain of characters on the screen, a 30 years guy pretending as a 15 years old boy,  chatting
with a 40 years woman who pretending 13 years old girl. —– Yuck,  how  beautiful,   😀
——————
Zen  rely on the Direct Transmission,  still what I’ve been trying here, is the triple, quadruple indirect
communications.  In order to type, I converted my feeling to the lingual form, and express it in the
bloody English, which typed chain of ASCII code traveled through unknown node here and there and
end up —– how do I know where.
As I thought,  I never met Buddha himself,  or  I have any idea , how many times the Mantra was translated
or re-written,  and  2500 years apart, someone try to reach the same conclusion as Buddha,
( in the point of indirectness, this is the far-most remote situation )
still, if its works,  a talk to others through  Internet may works too.
Thats what I’m thinking.
Who, you ???
Posted in Buddhism, Dharma, Empowerment, Enlightenment, Paradox, Zen by yoshizen on February 3, 2010
Some of the reader may have noticed, there are funny contradictions among my posts.
Somewhere says ” We are just passive.  Nothing was credited to ourself ” —– in the other hand,
” We can have absolute confidence and able to create anything “_ _ _ _ _ ? ? ?
” The Notion of Self is only an imaginary  idea and no such concrete existence there “—– in the same time,
” You are nobody else of you in the mirror ”
——-All of them are absolutely true at the same time.
Reality lies between two,  or they exist contradictively together as this is the very Buddhism.
( This is why you  often see  Zen expression such as “Maximum is Minimum”)
You have to see this Paradox in Reality by your eyes.    (Not by thinking)
( See it, is Feel it.  Feel in Deeper Layer / Subconscious Limbic System / Basis of our existence)
——————–
On purpose I use poor metaphor,   ( So, it is easy to visualize this )
Think, You are a small bureaucrat called  Mr. A  in a corner of Empire.
You never seen Emperor nor have any idea how whole system of the Empire works but know the Rules
and duties you are assigned to do and not to do.
You carry out your task utmost diligence and in your best. ( otherwise you will be beheaded   😀 )
As long as it is in your jurisdiction you have the absolute authority and discretion. (You are the Rules)
———- Still, non of the rules or protocols were your invention, nor any of the applicant came to
your desk are your choice.  You exist just as passive. (Rules are there, not you)
Being as an officer you do your task almost automatic routine and after many years in the same position,
you are the expert to deal with such issues but as an officer you can’t mix your emotion to the business.
It got to be detached from the subjective view. (Only the eyes of Rules exist)
You must be very proud of your role in the Municipal office and have perfect confidence of your life as
a part of the Empire.  (Since you are the Rules, you are the Empire)
Everybody knows you and your name Mr.A. —— (so far, so good)- – – – – Then, Who is Mr.A ?
Is it a man happen to be sitting in that chair ?
Or the body which attached to a face called Mr.A ?
Mr.A is absolutely nobody else of Mr.A ——– Everybody knows it, and you yourself know it, though,
yet still   Who You are ?  ( Until, you question this, there was no such issue ever existed )
( You can live happily without bumped into this question,  and able to live  without knowing it at all )
Once “Who are you” / Self  was questioned, the stance of one’s confidence became uncertain.
Because of this is the most puzzling question, many people go into very deep, still nobody ever found
the answer.—— So, Buddha gave very pragmatic answer.
” Don’t bother, don’t waste the time, no such things there like what Vada said  (Artman) ”
You to live peaceful life is what Buddha wished,  not you end up in a word game.  (Word game push
the person even further away from the state of  Mushin)
——————–
You are the Mr.A and the name of Emperor was the Dharma.
( Now you might got the idea What is Reality lies between,  meant )
Selfless—-What ?
Posted in Buddhism, East and West, Empowerment, Mind, Mushin, Selflessness, Subconsciousness by yoshizen on January 15, 2010
”  Misunderstanding of  Selfless  in the Western  Buddhism “
My career in the Buddhist’s talking is only 10 months long.  I’ve lived my life just as my life and
I just happen to be a Zen Buddhist.——- I didn’t find any needs to talk about other than make a joke.
One of the reason why I didn’t talk about is (any how nobody likes religious talk ) I didn’t know
the existence of this kind of talking forum.
So that I was not familiar with the Technical term  / Jargon of the Buddhists  in English.   Nor, what is
the Western style Buddhism.———- (all of my Zen books and Mantras are in Japanese )
Then what I discovered is, especially from  the criticism against Buddhism  which says
” Killing (or sacrifice ) the Self is no good for the human nature.”
The cause of this misunderstanding seemed to came from the choice of the translation, the word  SELFLESS.
In the East, this Buddhist’s term has been understood as  No Mind  (Wu shin in Chinese,  Mu shin in Japanese)
since, Mind often causes too much thinking (hence indecisive, and too slow) or wrong thinking under Ego,
so that,  get lid of altogether and leave the matter to the Subconscious wisdom.  (In the concept of  Tsu-nyen
in Chinese or  Ji-nen  in Japanese ——Exist as itself / Bore out from itself / Nature.
Which originated from  Taoism,  this Wisdom  is the deepest original nature of the oneself,  and the wide nature)
And this ” Subconscious wisdom is not from the Self ” is a Buddhist’s concept.  Where else its came from.  Obvious.
Though, from the truth of  Dharma, by which we are a Part of it, This Subconscious wisdom belongs to the Dharma.
(—- So What. It’s a tiring  rhetoric. Spread your hands wide,  embrace the  world.  This is the Dharma. )
——————–
Equivalent of Selfless in Japanese is  Mu shi.  This SHI mean private, or self (antonym of Public)
One of the most well known author in Japan,  Soseki Natsume wrote in his book ” The Gate ”
using the words to describe this state of Mind as Non-Emotion,  away from the matter of the
ownership of the Mind.  ( Though, I haven’t found Who taught Zen to him yet ).
( Just for the sake of convenience I’ve been using  this word  Selfless from the beginning though,
as I repeatedly writing  ” Selfless is not sacrificing a self, far from it, it release the one from
the bondage of the emotional Ego, therefore it liberate and empower the life.”
——————–
As I wrote somewhere,   “—– otherwise  Gynecologist can’t do their business ”    The Buddhist’s Selfless
( in its true form ) is almost same to a  Medical Doctor’s ” Clinical Detachment ” or  Sociologist’s
” Value Free ” —– but its having more universal applications to all aspects of the  life. ——that is why it is
directly connected to the ” Clear Eyes “.  ( Does anybody ever heard a complaint from Doctors or
Sociologists of their occupational hazard, Loss of the Self ?  —– far from it, they are getting the
benefit of it by achieving much higher efficiency in their life.)
The allegation against the Buddhism has been emanated from the misunderstanding of so-called  Selfless,
both by the Buddhists and ignorant Critics. ——- As a matter of fact,  even earliest Buddhists had this
confusion,  as they didn’t have the knowledge of the Subconsciousness.   Thus struggle to define elusive
Mind and the Self,  which was taught by Buddha in metaphor.  Considering the followers and the audiences
of Buddha,  they were not  the scholar or epistemologist, far from it, they are the ordinary people on
the street who never read a book nor familiar with philosophical term (the people who was educated was
the Vedic  Brahman—-antagonist to the Buddha’s teachings) so that the complicated terminology such as in
the Abidhama Cosa Mantra couldn’t be in the Buddha’s words,  therefore  they are all later addition
and the guess-work done by professional monk hundreds of years later.
———- Since we have new insight to the structure of the human mind, we need to have correct
understanding of the so-called  Self,  which Buddha himself had observed then.
——————–
I also wrote somewhere ” To do the practice with absolute obedience ”  is not only the matter
for the Buddhists, it is what the life is.
No one can do  Rock climbing  half-heartedly or no  Surgeon can operates  without concentration.
It needs to have 100 % unconditional commitment.
It will kill the Ego certainly,  but if anyone still cringing to Ego, just leave Buddhism or Operating Theater.
Buddhism is to give the most efficient state of the Mind for the life. Thats all.
Who need to ask more ?
.
Contradictions
Posted in Buddhism, Empowerment, Lemon Zen, Subconsciousness, Zen, Zen in Action by yoshizen on December 11, 2009
” Step by step process of the Buddhism “- – – – – You can’t Jump “
Anybody who is patient enough to read through all those posts which started  March 09,
may spotted the funny contradictions here and there, this and that.
For instance, at ” Lemon Zen ” I wrote ” While cutting lemon, you have to think
” I’m doing  Zen ” —— and much later post ” Forget the Buddhism “.
How come ?
——————–
Buddhism is the wisdom, how to live one’s life, and change it to achieve one’s
maximum potential to fulfill the roll ofwhich the one has born to be.
——————–
The process of change is in steps or stage by stage.
But the hard part of this change is, it has to be changed in the person’s subconscious
level, which is not visible and not easy to manipulate like a piece on the chess board.
So that, on the beginning, you have to start the practice under the tag of ” Buddhism ”
or ” Zen ” and imprint it deep into your subconscious.
Once the file was established and you got used with it as a routine, and on the end,
you have to get rid of even the file name, as it is no longer a part of you but whole of yourself.
——– Often it was described as a boat to cross the river, you need the boat only on
that stage which you don’t need to carry after crossing  ( boat is heavy isn’t it.  🙂  )
——————–
The process of this, is like a mathematics   -A x -B = +AB.   ( ! ! ! )
First you negate the existence, then apply the negation to its idea itself, so,
everything become + (positive !—–but they are not the same as before ).
The first negation was reflected in the Hinayana and the second process is Mahayana.
So that a beginner has to start to learn the denial of ego, greed, desire etc, while following
strict rules and the way of the life to achieve quiet subdued (peaceful) life as a good boy.
Then the Mahayana revolution put the eyes on the ordinary forks on the street, (not the
professional monks)  who has to carry ordinary daily life on, running business, making love
etc etc, as a man was naturally born as it is.  And shifted the emphasis from its appearance
of the life, to the way how the person’s mind inside works.  Do it in selfless way.
—— Therefore, the solution in  Mahayana can be utterly contradictive in Hinayana.
——————–
As the Buddhism had evolved in its own logics, a person’s steps follows in similar  way.
Micky couldn’t be in the Hinayana, but yes it can be in the Mahayana.
Enjoy to be a Micky.  All of your life ahead.
***
Jharte Jharte Para Jharte, Para sum Jharte Bodhi sowaka.
PS: I’ve been wondering  many years to find the meaning of this word  Jharte.
One day, I noticed this word was spoken in an  Asian Radio.
So, I asked a man in a news-agency.  He replied ” Oh, its mean, Go Go Go ” ! ! !
( Its same as the call in the Flamenco Dance, Ohlle, Assa or Amajha.     Cool     🙂 )
Zen in Action
Posted in Buddhism, Empowerment, Fun to read :-D, Lemon Zen, Selflessness, Zen, Zen in Action by yoshizen on November 16, 2009
” With the ZEN you can still live and kick, like Micky”
There was an opening of an exhibition called  ” Sign of Revolt ” in east end of London.
It showed wide spectrum of the artistic  by-product of the Protest Campaign, such as posters, fliers,
props, appeal installations, video images etc etc.
So that, this exhibition can be seen as from the Art with Social issue to the sample of Applied Art;
ie Graphic Design and in the same time it was the appeal of its issue like Eco to Police brutality.
———-One of my friend, War Boutique, exhibited an Armoured Vest of British Army standard, but
with Arabic script printed on it.——- m m m ?   ” Is it an instruction to the enemy,
how to dispose this dead body ?”  ” Oh, that is the script of the Coca Cola can “ —— ! ! !
I like this man’s twisted humor.
——————-
In fact, I got a Police bullet proof vest made by him which got [Metropolitan Peace] tag on the chest.
One opening night of my another friend’s exhibition, I was standing on front of the gallery wearing
this Police vest, walky-talky on the shoulder and huge black dildo instead of a truncheon hanged
from the belt.  Then, out of blue, a real Police car came and stopped on the front.
Two officers in the car seemed puzzled (of cause my attire looked genuine / save some details)
and watched over me 10 minutes, may be wondering ” Is he one of us ?—- If not should we arrest him
for the false impersonation ?—– No  no, it might be an art-performance to take mickey out of us”
When they leave an officer rose a hand and gave me a salute, and I gave salute back.   Ha Ha Ha  🙂
(back to the main story)
This Revolt exhibition has much more relevance to our life today than in pure art exhibition.
( More information ——- Click right column / Associates / Spacehijackers )
Incidentally,
I’ve joined Spacehijackers  ” Training Camp 09 ” (scroll down the page in their website and /Read more )
It was the extremely funny enjoyable few days as you can see in the photos.
—————————-
” What a hell, Zenist doing in the Anarchist’s camp ” you might say. 😀
Yes, this is the Zen in Action.
Buddhism is not to become vegetated state of the life.  It is for focused, selfless state of the mind
and live in full with empowered action.   Don’t afraid to be a Micky.   Live as a Top Micky.
(Hesitation came from one’s self preservating ego. Micky may need to be there to stimulate the society )
Confidence to be here
Living as a Buddhist many years, what I found something peculiar was its
paradoxical psyche, the co-existence of the humbleness and the absolute
confidence.
If the cosmic creation was the creation of all the matters, we have to see,
ultimately it created myself as well, as I am the compound of those matters
which are ruled by all level of physics.
Buddha called those rules and entwined relations as Karma and the Dharma.
————
Whether it was by intention or natural consequence, I was created here and
others too.  Therefore, there is no superiority between me and any other
creatures.
————
But in the same time, there must be a certain will or reason or condition in
physics or bio-chemistry to create me as I am.
Whether myself here, is a solid existence or just a superficial phenomenon,
I have to see the peculiarity of me as I am.
This peculiarity includes my charactor and my role in the life as well.
——- to use a metaphor,  Me to exist here and to perform my role,
might be expected and designed by the Dharma, unless otherwise
Dharma must have created somebody else
In other words, there was a needs or rationale of me to exist here and
me to fulfill my expected duty in my life.
This is the ultimate confidence of the Buddhists, which you can have
the same too, as you are.
( This is the reason why the Buddhism asking the people to have
self-awareness, and find one’s own peculiarity and the role to play.)
Why Practice ?
Once Master Dogen wrote ” If we were born with the Dharma, why all the
Holy Masters in the history needed to practice hard to attain Enlightenment ?”
——-well, he was young then.
Has been born with Dharma, but to able to see it, is the different matter.
We still need to practice to eliminate all sorts of destructive delusions and
thoughts, in order  to see invisible Dharma.
——-in here, me to use the word ” see ” was a metaphor.
We never able to see the Dharma itself. Like the gravity, we see
an apple falling but not the gravity itself. What we can see is only in
its effect, as a revelation.
So far, what I found other than intricacy of the existences but something
peculiar is, when something completely out of blue, with a sheer coincidence,
yet still it could affect one’s life has happened, I believe it is an
intervention of the Dharma.
——– If you reading this just by chance, you to encounter this, could be
the intervention of the Dharma, by which you might have crucial study
of the Buddhism by seeing the Truth, otherwise a sample of sheer Misunderstanding.
( which ever the case you may find)
———————
Me to start this blog site was a pure coincidence.
I didn’t have such intention at all.
On the beginning, I met a man working for BBC at an art exhibition , who
suggested me to see a Buddhist blog site which I did..
And, in order to put my comment, I needed to register to the WordPress.
By doing so just lightheartedly, my blog site was created in the same time.
( I don’t have web-site to publicize, and never joined Facebook, Myspace
kind of SNS, even though I was a well known photographer before)
Once it was created, I have to take care of it in my best.
What ever happened or who ever comes, I have to deal with it as a duty
without any thought, since it was not my plan, but it was given.
As I don’t think about too much to start, neither think about its
consequence. Since it was given by the Dharma, it must be a
part of my fate.
