G20 – Heavy Congestion of Power or Stagnation ?

I don’t think I do need to talk about the world situation, let alone G20 Summit though, I did pick up some images from Net. = The image on top seemed to show the heaviest stagnation of the power known today.

First day’s evening there was a party where the guests seeing the Osaka Castle behind, (You may find the familier faces there)

As the party attraction, a Kyogen (instead of Nho) was played alongside the piano music (played by a handicapped pianist) and some passages from the opera.

Then a party like party with “Eco” food and drink. —– Everything is in uneasy cohabitation. (At least, those top peoples who hate each other are still in the same table.)

Like a paradox in the LGBT = now people demanding that it should include the Q = queer/hentai = by the political correctness / ideologically, evrybody should be equal therefore even eating whele shouldn’t be anything wrong. And soon we may need to include the murderous psychopath as the same human kind —– and now, the world is sitting on the ticking time bombs = Coming huge default of the Deutsche Bank, the disintegration of China, huge volcano erruption, earthquake to Japan etc etc. —— everybody knows it but pretending not see it while baguely hoping, somebody else can deal with it. So, at G20 everybody asking others “Are you the one who know the answer ?” —– If the one did know the answer, didn’t come here.

Southwark’s Built-in System of Harassment

I’m using a garage to store the junk etc. Then this time, the Southwark Council suddenly started to bully over its payment after 6 years of no problem.

In order to get the garage, since the charge have to be paied by Direct Debit, I gave my Bank details and they programed it into the system. —– As you can see, the DD has been made every 15th day of the month, until this Pay-day the balance would be accumulated to nearly -£100. But, this method was what they designed and applied. They are programing the system contrary to ther own rule which says “Pay in Advance”. —– Then they started to bully about it, saying that the payment has to be made in advance = Pay £100 now as it is in arrear. (In fact, they are the one who was not following the rule = not program to collect the Direct Debit for advance payment —– yet, to force them to change may need a Judicial Review which I did take in the High Court once before as a litigant in person.)

But this is not just a money game but their very tactics and the system to trap and harass the people. They are keeping this weapon against all the people who is using the regular Direct Debit Payment to the Council. = One day, anybody could become a target of their harassment with a pretext of “Your Payment is in an arrear”. How dirty. Is this the way to manage the public authority whos Leader is holding the Honour of OBE from the Queen ?

Why they started this fuss at this moment is, —– they or someone in the Council wants to intimidate me. In order to suppress the criminal scandal of which a Council officer asked me to hand my art piece while saying a fire safety and an eviction. Such serious matter has to go to the Ombudsman if not the Police. (I’m watching the best solution = there is no time limit for Ombudsman or Police — Local Government Ombudsman directed me to take this case to Housing Ombudsman.)

As the officer in question is well aware that there is no escape against the voice recorded evidence = desperately need to take any sorts of intimidation = hence creating and leaving even more evidence.

(So, the locals warned me the danger of phisical attack by the hired criminals. = As long as this officer remains in this area, intimidation would continue) For the sake of such occasion, the Council is keeping the trap as the useful tactics, and demonstrated its use such as this time = You know, how dirty and rotten those people are. — (Those tactics were invented by the “Strategic Group” in the center of the Council —– I heard it from anarchist / hacker friend who used to work for them)

(They are believing such a tactics would work — but not to me — Once I did stand against the President of the High Court with one and half hour of speach based on a hefty Skelton Argument etc.etc. ——- On top of an ex-climber, I’m doing the Zen, not talking or thinking.)

Procure a Bribe or Extortion ?

Following this story (extract from the letter to the Leader of the Council) ~~~

 ~ ~ ~ Because of the matter seems to be potentially explosive, I decided to write direct to you. The matter is a behavior of one of your staff Ms. N * * * * resident officer of  * * * Estate.

This woman started to visit me a year ago.   Since I’m not a British (Japanese / Ex-Journalist), live in this country since 1975 alone, (and now I’m * * years old) she might be worrying about what could happen when I die. So, asking me my emergency contact again and again (more than 5 times while all of my relatives are in Japan therefore no point to repeat the same question if not a cynical joke mocking me “know your lonely death” ) —– (You can check her past entry to her tablet or the report to her so-called manager)

~ ~ ~  Yesterday (21^st August 2018) she came again and made the same question with a pretext of a tenancy check. And asking me, if I found where to put my Art pieces, and said “Give me some” then started to mention that the fire and safety check would order to dispose my things as a fire hazard or obstruction to fire-escape, as I’m having a lot of half-finished sculptures or the material for those work. (On top of that, as I am a well-known photographer / camera critics, I got many cameras / collection of vintage cameras etc as well. )

Here the serious question is, is it your normal practice the council officer ask the tenant to give away the possessions under the threat of “Fire check” while hinting an eviction ?

Isn’t this nothing but an extortion ? Or asking a bribery isn’t it ? ~ ~ ~

(It seemed that the Leader of the Council handed the matter to the Strategic Director of Housing — and from him to the senior (or manager) of above mentioned Ms.N**** )

So the man came to my place to talk about Ms.N’s “Give me” matter though he only managed to say an useless character reference “She is not a kind of woman to say like that.” = Of course she wouldn’t ask him a bribe = He is her boss, not a tenant.  The trouble was this man was a kind of person telling me that the dead room plant was caused by me kept open the window. (and exposed the plant to the outside sub-zero air ! = What an ability this man got to fabricate a story, what an imagination ! = If it was the case, the temperature indicator could have gone down to a single digit and able to make my freezing story far more dramatic. —– While using costly electric heater against the Central Heating shut down when London had a snow, who needed to open the window ! )

When I mentioned that the conversation has been sound recorded.  He said it’s not legal to record without a permission. — Yes, same as a security camera, we can make a recording in our home unless it was made somebody else’s private moment like in the toilet.   As those council officers visit was a part of their official business, they can not claim a privacy.   Anyway, the officer’s words of Procurement of Bribery is in the public interest.  (in fact a criminal evidence) 

And what this man could utter was the same intimidation, the Fire and Safety check against my possessions.   (I’ve been having the same amount of possessions since I moved in here 17 years ago —– they only started to fuss about after Ms.N visited here a year ago = seemingly as a seer pretext of harassment. = And here it was used as a red herring. = The matter is not the safety issue but the Council Staff asking a bribe. )

—– So, seemingly the battle goes on. (I wonder how they can argue and escape from this situation ? —– But as a matter of fact, the Council may not able to suck a rotten apple because of a resistance from their Trade Union ( = They would say, it is nothing wrong to receive a present like between a good friend = why she has to be singled out ?.   And the council boss may not lose his pension because of this, anyway.)   Further more, even if the fire safety chief ordered me to remove my possession, they wouldn’t take costly Court action to enforce it.  And neither me needs to follow.  = So, on the surface, the battle may just goes on and rotten situation would just carry on = It’s a farce.       

—— I really wonder, isn’t any honest, decent people working in here ?  (Or is this an inherent culture in the south of  Themes ? —– as some cynics said = this is a home-grown Banana Republic where a bribe is the local currency.  

So, this is what goes on behind. And what went on behind the intimidation over the payment for the Garage.

OMG = Clean Environment

It has come like an opening the seventh seal. The hell opened with a cry of chainsaw massacre.

This was so-called well maintained clean environment.

So, now on I can see much wider morning sky. (Other than the 2nd and 4th picture, rest of them were taken by Zeiss 18 mm lens on Nikon D850)

The next morning, a while the sky was quiet. (The sun rose from the northest point and the vapour trail was said to be made by the US drone returned from Iran)

Though, it would yet to be known whether coming is a light or fire to scorch the earth. —– (The lens was 110 Pentax 24 mm)

New B/W Film from Fuji

Fuji film announced that they’ll restart the production of the B/W film which will come on this autumn for the answer to the strong demand from the users. (Though, it will be available only for the Japanese market)

The film’s speed is ISO 100 only at the moment and so far no information about the other size. The film will be produced using the colour film emulsion technology to have more details in the highlight area which is the weak point in digital photography.

So, fortunately or unfortunately we are going to have more chance to shake a tank in the dark room. = the lonely tense moment which has been long lost in the digital revolution.

Funki’s dream or nightmare ?

Whether I’ve seen this, heard this sometime, somewhere or was that in a dream, illusion, nightmare —– ? ? ? I’m not sure at all ——

And I don’t know how he created this image ? ? ? Whether he used any optics or was it done by purely digital ? ? ?

Beach Rose (2)

I’m not a fun of cultivated garden rose yet I got a soft soft spot with Beach Rose. Beach Rose originated from north eastern side of the asia, China, Japan, Siberian sea shore. There was a popular misconception that the Beach Rose spread while riding on the sea wave —– but they came to the west by the human hand. Anyway the Beach Rose of which Japanese calls Hamanas makes impenetrable dense bush on the beach. And this Hamanas is a long cherished flower to the back-pack traverors — since they appeared in the many books, poems, sang in the songs — yet still, we could not see them often because this plant was not easy to handle with its dense sharp thorn = we had to go to the Hokkaido to see the Hamanas in a huge landscape. So, I dreamed like my far inspiring roman when I was in my secondry school boy —– and it took another 5 years for me to see the real flowers.

Whatsoever, I’ve been seeing this rose in the past 18 years, since I came here. —– blaime, When I came here, I was a young(er) man. Ha ha ha.

Onion onion

I’m not making any educative post but just write about a bit peculiar about my cooking. (of Onion) 😀

Since I’m getting lazy, my food life is getting boring too. Made the situation worse, I found the frozen vegetable convenient.

Other than a boiled egg, a slice or two fruits loaf, a hand full sprouts ( boiled) and some fresh fruits (I stoped to buy packed so-called fruits juice of dubious origin) for a breakfast, rest of the cooking became more or less the same pattern. Boiled frozen mixed vegetable with chicken or egg in a stew (some time miso based), curry or noodle —– always with “Special Onion” = quarter of a large onion was finely cut and the other quarter was just chopped. The chopped onion was boiled together with mixed vegetable (and cooked as a part of such as a noodle)

THEN just before the end of cooking, finely cut onion was added like spice and mixed. —– some of the people may be horrified to eat raw onion though, if you try, you may find that they make quite a good taste. Only the trouble might be a “said to be a bad breath” (because I myself don’t know) —– still, since I’ve been eating like this for the past 8, 10 years = so far nobody ever complained to me. (anyhow, I live alone and no habit of hugging kissing others) —– And some say, this raw onion (on top of no smoking, no drinking) may contributing my good health.

Selfless — Mushin ?

In my blog, I’ve been talking about the way of conditioning our brain to omit the process of the amygdala where the tagging of the incoming signal to the “Self” would be made. In the normal way, we can separate the particular face or person to such as my wife, kids or my friend etc. against the other nobody. Or the certain possession, or the occurrence to mine or my concern otherwise to no interest. Therefore, if we do negate this tagging process, everything would lose significance and become a remote landscape. —– to a certain extent, as everything become to detached object, a worry to lose them or want more kind of greed would be no longer there. So does the emotional trouble of up and down in the relationship would be gone. (How boring you might say.) 😀 —– A bit more serious front, where the situation is a fight or flight. It is the moment to be or not to be. Yet still, we can be free from such trouble by avoiding to be overwhelmed. —– We can be cool.

Amygdala is a part of the limbic system = primitive part of the brain. = It’s mean, they are common with other animal and in fact, those primitive part alone can manage the primitive life. (Only human needs a big brain) In the limited narrow environment, and as the limited life form, such as a small reptile can live their perfect life. They may not have a complexed communication system or accumulated information system still, enough DNA information to navigate the environment and the response to the life’s each needs = where to live, how to eat, how to mate, where to lay eggs etc etc. As long as the one lives their life as their life, the life existing as a complete life form. Only very few creatures imagine the situation beyond what their existence is. (Other than human, such as the monkey use the tools, even crow knows to drop a shell from the air to clack it and eat = speculated expectation made by the brain power)

The funny origin of the Buddhists “No-self” was that it was conceived against the Vedic / Hindu idea of the Atoman (perpetual soul) still, not only that, from the point of Karma (interrelationship of cause and effect) how the soul can exist after the own body’s death, and from the observation of the facts that is we are walking, working without having clear conscious, and such state must be the state of the truth to be with Dharma. So, to do the things without having conscious, became the point to achieve. —– The remarkable achievement under such state (of Mushin) is the by-products of later days.

When the coming signal was diverted from the amygdala, where they goes ? = they might be treated as nothing or nobody and as it got no pre-tagging, it could be made to quite illational connection. As the amygdala could make very rational established responce, but, once it was diverted, the signal could be treated quite wiled way = this is the very hot bed of the creativity or known to be open-minded situation. —– When the signal couldn’t find its natural nest of “Mine or Ego” the stray info’ end-up in the bizzerre fancy shop ! 😀

Zen — Supernatural Phenomenon or Asperger Syndrome ?

While having a casual chat with artist friends over a coffee, I noticed that the popular concept towards the Zen seems to be somewhat distorted to that it has a kind of supernatural ability.   Indeed, when somebody wrote about the Zen story, it often describing how extraordinary or phenomenal.  Of course, ordinary people wouldn’t make a good talking piece.  It needs to be something special.  Then, a man dropped the words “Isn’t such person just an Asperger ?”   M m m ?  

Asperger Syndrome could be an interesting description of Zen.  I’m not an expert to talk about this topic still, my knowledge of Asperger seem to be matched to some pattern of the typical Zennist. = rather prefer to be alone and concentrating own interest or a particular subject into even an obsessive level.  And came up with some amazing creation or highly skilled work.   Indeed, such concentration, dedication might be attributed by the Zen ethos.  Yet still, we may not know whether it was the result of Zen or came from the person’s own tendency.

My character and the resulting life and lifestyle has been written on my palm since I was born.   So, even if I do something related to the  Zen, it is rather difficult to tell whether it was due to the Zen idea, otherwise, in reverse, that’s why I was attracted to the Zen.  (Which caused the other?)    In fact, Zen is a mere technic to silence the emotional region of the brain, by which, the one can gain the state of No-self, and in this state, the supernatural phenomenon could be seen or achieved. 

(The emotional region, namely Amigdara emphasize the incoming signal whether it is important to him or belongs to him or not.  They are in fact, the base of Ego and Greed.  Therefore it’s creating the mind which make-up the Self —– if this function was pathologically damaged, cognitive function to distinguish own possession, even to recognize own family member would be lost = everything would be seen detached) —– you may think they are quite a familiar character of good Buddhist though.

So the matter was not in Asperger kind but such No-self state has the key.  (Asperger seemed to lack a social connectivity = not able to see the relevance between the self and the others = simplly the person couldn’t feel who am I = it is almost the state of No-self.)   

Zen Buddhism may not be an invented idea but the recognition of such a hidden function of human nature by which the one could touch with invisible phenomenon.   Provably human history had been noticed such supernatural phenomenon, hence created many spiritual myths, such as God or Vedic philosophy etc.  —– It’s mean, it was not because of the existence of the God but because of the function of the brain which did see the supernatural phenomenon (though others may says it was a delusion).  Which has been interpreted in their own way, and created like a God story or Vedic story etc. (Though, the vision seems to be very vague, in other words any clear image or story was nothing but an interpretation = made-up story —– that’s why “What it is” was never described for “The Panya Paramita”) 

Lord Buddha was the one who noticed that such truth appears behind the state of No-self. (And Mahayana Buddhists try to describe them as the Panya Paramita)  That was why all the Buddhism teachings were aiming to gain the No-self.  (But, once become able to negate the function of Amigdara completly, and achieved the No-self, and able to detach from everything, the demerit become too much, (such as to forsake all the possessions or family) a kind of moderate teachings which says that yet to be is still be a part of Buddha become popular = which was called Mahayana.  (Yet to be perfect — this “yet”was misinterpreted to “need one more life” by the mixed-up of Hinduism.)

Whether it was Zen, Asperger or Autism still, life goes on —– not only sociable friendly person is a person in the society.     Zen exist for personal needs.

Ombudsman System — What them for ?

On top of two Ombudsman’s issue, recently I got one more of it — for Telecom Ombudsman.   It started when I received a letter from EE which said that they are going to revise the charge of a mobile phone.   What?    I never heard of such a mobile phone.   Whose phone they are talking about?   When I checked my banking record, I realised that a Direct Debit which said for EE & T-MOBILE  was not for the line rental of my Broadband connection.   It seems I’ve been paying about £12/month for the past four years for the nonexistent phone.

So, I complained to the EE.  They said that I made a contract on 6 of December 2016 though there was no signed contract.   While no such contract, neither the phone itself was existing, they just used my name and the bank account of broadband to another item.    Yet still, EE said that there was a record of the use of the phone twice on the 21st of December 2016. ? ? ? —– Who used such phone in where?  And who said that belongs to me?—– Could it be happened such as a meeting of the techno geeks in the Greenwich, while testing a discarded broken phone? —– For this strange affair, EE offered me 6 months refund though I couldn’t accept it. (I don’t like them make money out of deception)

So, I took the complaint to the Telecom Ombudsman.  (You can Google Ombudsman and go to their site to lodge a complaint —– the site is a very well designed and educative place.  You can learn how to write very very polite, friendly words.  (On the surface.) (I recommend you try to make a mock-up complaint to see how they operate by your eyes.)  😀   —– The beauty of “Do it” (my Zen policy) is able to see its reality by our own eyes and learn from the pain.

While filling each box next by next, when I filled a box to write the phone number, they started to say “enter a valid UK number” = so that, I couldn’t go any further as I don’t have anything else.   It’s mean, I have to give up. —– When I came back next day it was OK and I could go further.   (If I didn’t comeback, in effect, one complaint has been successfully ousted before even opening a case.)

But when, I needed to upload the evidence, yet more trouble came up.   The letter of EE or the bill kind of documents are all in the photo = JPG file.   But my file were rejected.  

Their site was so well designed = their every page having the customer response button which we can click from hate to very satisfied.  So, I commented with the dissatisfy mark, (as above).

Then a new page opened for me to complain.

To this complaint, the next day I received an Email which said that the supported file type was jpg, not JPG.   If you know this area, you may know how awkward this difference is.   Because of the most of photo file (other than png kind) is JPG, and jpg is very rare, therefore very difficult to convert.  This must be the tactic to oust the complaint to save the skin of the company.  (It took a whole afternoon for me to look for a converter program and try this, try that. — such as Clod Converter can convert but very difficult to save as a usable file. — or I might need to pay money)

On the end, at least everything was done while overcoming so many obstacles. (How many people could succeed in this process under such tricks, and how many people had to give-up to recover their lost money !)

Then I received their Email which says that since the other side (EE) lodged their evidence I need to give my answer till 07th of May = looks 4 days time though, those days are Saturday,  Sunday, and a Bank holiday Monday.   And I still don’t know where is EE’s evidence nor their comments.   (I sent the question “Where is their Evidence ?” though until Tuesday 7th they will not see my question, nor they can answer = its mean, Ombudsman will give a decision without having my answer = while allowing the EE to make-up their convenient story, even falsify the evidence. 

In fact, this is a well-known tactic in the Court battle, sending a notice on Friday and demand the other side to respond on Monday, leaving no time to the other side to prepare.  (That is what the Court proceedings is = always dirty = Can you believe fairness, JUSTICE? — Don’t be naive = I learned this in a hard way myself.) —– So, this is the real face of the Ombudsman System = while showing best polite, friendly face, and use the dirty trick behind, for the sake of the industry’s profit.  (So, the system goes on happily hand in hand )    Indeed, this is the way how British Diplomacy works with its coax, with its coercion, even with a deception = remember how they managed their colony.  (There is a say among the photographer —– when visiting the editor of the magazine if they said “Beautiful photo, I’ll give you a call” there would be no assignment to come.  The job would come from the editor who made a sharp question.   The editor wants the visitor to leave the office as quick as possible with a happy smile and keep buying the magazine.   This is THE British Diplomacy in practice. )

Ombudsman system is to prevent the scandalous/fraudulent or silly mistake of the industry’s practice exposed to the public and try by the independent open Court but to suppress and conceal the mater within the cosy comradeship.  That is why This System operated FREE in contrast to the expensive Court proceedings.     So that, if the complaint was blocked by the tricks on the Documentation Maze which cost very little, it is the industry’s heavenly victory. —– Remember anything free, there is a catch behind.
