Ombudsman System — What them for ?
On top of two Ombudsman’s issue, recently I got one more of it — for Telecom Ombudsman. It started when I received a letter from EE which said that they are going to revise the charge of a mobile phone. What? I never heard of such a mobile phone. Whose phone they are talking about? When I checked my banking record, I realised that a Direct Debit which said for EE & T-MOBILE was not for the line rental of my Broadband connection. It seems I’ve been paying about £12/month for the past four years for the nonexistent phone.
So, I complained to the EE. They said that I made a contract on 6 of December 2016 though there was no signed contract. While no such contract, neither the phone itself was existing, they just used my name and the bank account of broadband to another item. Yet still, EE said that there was a record of the use of the phone twice on the 21st of December 2016. ? ? ? —– Who used such phone in where? And who said that belongs to me?—– Could it be happened such as a meeting of the techno geeks in the Greenwich, while testing a discarded broken phone? —– For this strange affair, EE offered me 6 months refund though I couldn’t accept it. (I don’t like them make money out of deception)
So, I took the complaint to the Telecom Ombudsman. (You can Google Ombudsman and go to their site to lodge a complaint —– the site is a very well designed and educative place. You can learn how to write very very polite, friendly words. (On the surface.) (I recommend you try to make a mock-up complaint to see how they operate by your eyes.) 😀 —– The beauty of “Do it” (my Zen policy) is able to see its reality by our own eyes and learn from the pain.
While filling each box next by next, when I filled a box to write the phone number, they started to say “enter a valid UK number” = so that, I couldn’t go any further as I don’t have anything else. It’s mean, I have to give up. —– When I came back next day it was OK and I could go further. (If I didn’t comeback, in effect, one complaint has been successfully ousted before even opening a case.)
But when, I needed to upload the evidence, yet more trouble came up. The letter of EE or the bill kind of documents are all in the photo = JPG file. But my file were rejected.
Their site was so well designed = their every page having the customer response button which we can click from hate to very satisfied. So, I commented with the dissatisfy mark, (as above).
Then a new page opened for me to complain.
To this complaint, the next day I received an Email which said that the supported file type was jpg, not JPG. If you know this area, you may know how awkward this difference is. Because of the most of photo file (other than png kind) is JPG, and jpg is very rare, therefore very difficult to convert. This must be the tactic to oust the complaint to save the skin of the company. (It took a whole afternoon for me to look for a converter program and try this, try that. — such as Clod Converter can convert but very difficult to save as a usable file. — or I might need to pay money)
On the end, at least everything was done while overcoming so many obstacles. (How many people could succeed in this process under such tricks, and how many people had to give-up to recover their lost money !)
Then I received their Email which says that since the other side (EE) lodged their evidence I need to give my answer till 07th of May = looks 4 days time though, those days are Saturday, Sunday, and a Bank holiday Monday. And I still don’t know where is EE’s evidence nor their comments. (I sent the question “Where is their Evidence ?” though until Tuesday 7th they will not see my question, nor they can answer = its mean, Ombudsman will give a decision without having my answer = while allowing the EE to make-up their convenient story, even falsify the evidence.
In fact, this is a well-known tactic in the Court battle, sending a notice on Friday and demand the other side to respond on Monday, leaving no time to the other side to prepare. (That is what the Court proceedings is = always dirty = Can you believe fairness, JUSTICE? — Don’t be naive = I learned this in a hard way myself.) —– So, this is the real face of the Ombudsman System = while showing best polite, friendly face, and use the dirty trick behind, for the sake of the industry’s profit. (So, the system goes on happily hand in hand ) Indeed, this is the way how British Diplomacy works with its coax, with its coercion, even with a deception = remember how they managed their colony. (There is a say among the photographer —– when visiting the editor of the magazine if they said “Beautiful photo, I’ll give you a call” there would be no assignment to come. The job would come from the editor who made a sharp question. The editor wants the visitor to leave the office as quick as possible with a happy smile and keep buying the magazine. This is THE British Diplomacy in practice. )
Ombudsman system is to prevent the scandalous/fraudulent or silly mistake of the industry’s practice exposed to the public and try by the independent open Court but to suppress and conceal the mater within the cosy comradeship. That is why This System operated FREE in contrast to the expensive Court proceedings. So that, if the complaint was blocked by the tricks on the Documentation Maze which cost very little, it is the industry’s heavenly victory. —– Remember anything free, there is a catch behind.

1085th Post or yet another 8150
I noticed that on this blog, I published 1085 posts. And this very 1085th post was that Southwark trouble, which went up to the Ombudsman. —– As a matter of fact, this IS the second time me to deal with Ombudsman. On the time of the first occasion, the issue was potentially I could send the MP to impeachment. One local politician who helped me to configure the complaint half the way, suddenly became aware of the grave implication, then dropped off the support while saying Oh, I don’t have time. —– Funnily enough it was the very moment this politician and the Party lost their political fortune. So, the party lost local election, and that politician lost the seat too and never able to come back. (It took another ten years for this party to regain the power in Southwark.)
Why 1085th was so much the matter, you may say. = This IS yet another strange phenomena of 8150 jinx. It IS a kind of omen and the intervention of the fate (what Buddhists call Karma) which is telling me the significance of THE MATTER. It could be a warning of a risk or a notice of their support. Since I received this sign, I’ve been dealing with this current Southwark trouble with utmost heaviest priority and the caution. So that, while dealing with the matter, I could find the crucial information or the evidences as if it was placed there for me to use. (So the sound recording of the visitor’s words has been kept.) In the other hand, if something became too difficult to access, such as Mail Daemon started to say “Couldn’t find the address” = such coincident was in fact a message “Don’t go there”. Or, other side manage to make own mistake and blow up the scandal ( = such as demonstrated the Hacking and managed to perform the Extortion.) —– (In the past, I found quite few people who has been implicated, suddenly died, such as Paul Foot etc.= Sound dubious though, as it has happened, it must be the proof of what the person did = the consequence of cause and the effect = So, I’m pretty thrilled, who come next ? —– I’m not playing with Karma, I just watch and analyzing how it works. )
———— There are many strange stories in the following “Related Post” or among the collection of “8150 Story” in the right column category. —– (In principal, unlike Tantra sect, I don’t believe the super natural phenomena in the Buddhism, yet still, I was said to be borne under the protection of the Fire God (hence I don’t get ill neither meet any accident, so does the 8150 follow me), though, I don’t have a power to make share price up or pretty girl drop her pants ( = how shame = when I made this joke, one of my friend said to me that I was a luckiest man because I’ve been avoiding the worst possible trouble in our life in its first place —– though, Mahayana says, that the trouble itself IS a part of our Life) = power of Zen or Buddhism only works when we have absolutely no mind / no thinking / no intention while doing the work in due in our life.)

Council hacked into the Mail
I’ve been in fighting with Southwark Council in the past 20 years (?) = their harassment and my fighting back. It seems they don’t like a person who doesn’t succumb under their muscle especially I was not a kind of Afghan, Vietnamese refugee but a rare Japanese photo-journalist still live in their council flat.
Latest attack was not to repair my Central Heating on the time when England had very cold spell in this February to March. When the coldest spell ended they (repair service) sent me a mail saying Sorry for the delay. This words were the evidence of that it was not caused by a technical failure on the mailing system, but they has been intentionally ignored the request while having a full knowledge of the situation. Normally, such kind of repair work is rather simple routine = could be done within few days like both-side of my neighbours —– but this time somebody must be schemed a blockage targeting only me.
(The corner of the room, the temperature must come down sub-zero = the plant has died. Near the kitchen where I put an electric heater, it was 13 degree C —– Is this a condition for a man in 21st century London to live ? = This is in the Southwark.) (Dead plant must horrify the judge in the Court ! —– mandatory step to take a Court action will be complete after the Ombudsman procedure and the Court is my old playing field !)
So the matter went into the Complaint procedure, first stage, second stage, then it should go to the Local government Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is the independent body, appointed by the Queen. The Council can not interfere the process. They would be investigated by the same power of Hi-Court.
The funny things was, when I started to type the online form for the Ombudsman, I received a mail from the Council Repair section which says that “the CH has been repaired” —– I know it. But the matter I’m complaining IS the damage I’ve received during the winter time. The damage has done. I had to spend extra cost for the electric heating etc. This IS the time they has to pay for the price of their conduct.
And the more serious matter which exposed here WAS how they know that I was going to send the complaint to the Ombudsman ?
Off course, online complaint system go through the computer mail system = BY HACKING INTO MY MAIL, THEY CAN SEE WHAT I’M DOING.
This IS the very serious matter. The local government, Southwark Council is hacking the people’s mail, in order to prevent their misconduct exposed to the Ombudsman !
This is the national scale scandal. (Are they such silly people ? While leaving such clear red-handed evidence ! — or, are they going to say that it was still a coincident ? )

Allow me to write you a letter unheralded. I, Y * * * is one of the resident in the Southwark and a tenant of your Council Housing since 2001.
Because of the matter seems to be potentially explosive, I decided to writ direct to you.
The matter is a behaviour of one of your staff Ms. N * * * * resident officer of * * * Estate.
This woman started to visit me a year ago. Since I’m not a British (Japanese / Ex-Journalist), live in this country since 1975 alone, (and now I’m * * years old) she might be worrying about what could happen when I die. So, asking me my emergency contact again and again (more than 5 times while all of my relatives are in Japan therefore no point to repeat the same question if not a cynical joke mocking me “lonely death” ) (You can check her past entry to her tablet or the report to her so-called manager)
Another point which may be relevant is, I’m also quite well known for artistic creation. So that, where to dispose those art pieces — or who inherit those ? May seems to be a problem though, the important point is, those matter is not your business. Don’t interfere my life.
Yesterday (21st August 2018) she came again and made the same question with a pretext of a tenancy check. And asking me, if I found where to put my Art pieces, and said “Give me some” then started to mention that the fire and safety check would order to dispose my things as a fire hazard or obstruction to fire-escape, as I’m having a lot of half-finished sculptures or the material for those work. (On top of that, as I am a well-known photographer / camera critics, I got many cameras / collection of vintage cameras etc as well. )
Here the serious question is, is it your normal practice the council officer ask the tenant to give away their possession under the threat of “Fire check” while hinting an eviction ?
Isn’t this nothing but an extortion ? Or asking a bribery isn’t it ?
I would like to know where is your stance.
And I should expect your prompt reply.
